Client files needed to support Windows 7

The following files are database connectivity pre-requisites for each client workstation.
Our current Quality Link install CD does not ship with this version of SQL Server and therefore does not support Windows 7 out-of-the-box.

Users must install the following files for Windows 7 support.

32 bit (X86) SQL Server Native Client | sqlncli.msi
